Thought Partner Studio: Terms of Use
Effective from 1 June 2025
Welcome to Thought Partner Studio. By accessing and using our studio facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership & Access
Members have 24/7 access to the studio.
Membership types include:
- Lite Membership – $250/month (10 room hours/month)
- Core Membership – $450/month (20 room hours/month)
- Pay-as-You-Go – $30/hour (no monthly commitment)
All bookings must be made through the Spacebring platform: https://community.thoughtpartner.studio
Walk-ins are not allowed. Access is by confirmed booking only.
2. Booking Policy
Each booking includes a 15-minute buffer before and after to facilitate smooth transitions.
Overrunning sessions will be charged on a prorated basis.
Cancellation Policy:
- Members: Cancel/reschedule at least 4 hours in advance to retain your session credit.
- Pay-as-You-Go users: No refunds for cancellations.
Emergency cases with client cancellation (and no therapist charge) may be refunded—please notify Hamidah promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made via PayNow to:

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
4. Space Use & Conduct
This is a shoe-free space. Please remove your shoes at the entrance (indoor slippers allowed).
Members must:
Leave spaces clean and tidy.
Return furniture and items to original positions.
Turn off lights and air-conditioning after use.
Keep noise to a minimum, especially near therapy rooms.
Doors must be closed during sessions and left open after, with utilities switched off.
5. Refreshments
Self-served beverage and snacks are available in the Sunroom.
Clients must wait in the Courtyard or their booked room.
Clean up after using cups (wash and leave on drying rack).
Dispose of dry waste in bins, and wet/food waste in the outdoor bin or sink.
6. Guest & Client Guidelines
Clients must remain in the Courtyard or booked therapy rooms.
Guests are allowed with prior approval—please contact the studio in advance.
The Sunroom is not accessible to clients.
7. Facilities
Available spaces: Open coworking: Sunroom, Courtyard, Dahlia (when available)
Private therapy rooms: Bonsai, Iris, Olive, Sage, Willow
Events/workshops: Dahlia, Courtyard
Basic stationery is available. Printing services are not provided.
8. Safety & Emergencies
Emergency exit: Main entrance.
In case of emergency:
Fire/medical: Call 995
Police: Call 999
First Aid Kit is located in the Sunroom.
9. Community Participation
Members may receive invitations to exclusive events via:

10. Restrictions
No pets are allowed, except certified service animals.
No walk-ins—pre-booking required.
The studio environment must be respected as a quiet, clean, and restorative space.
11. Disclaimer
Thought Partner Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
